Your current website is built on WIX. We propose the following:
- Move to the Duda Platform - This platform is user-friendly with excellent SEO features and automatic updates.
The website will consist of the following pages:
- Home
- About
- Services ( 4 -5 )
- XERO dedicated page
- Charity Support
- Contact Us
The website will be built using Sudbury as the main city of target.
Added to the GEO areas will be:
- Parry Sound
- North Bay
- Muskoka
- Orillia
The total amount of pages: 14
These outside areas will have a dedicated landing page for each town using bookkeeping services as the primary keyword.
The website will be built with initial SEO which includes:
- Headers
- Title Tags
- Meta Descriptions

Having a great website does not mean much if people are not able to find it when searching for your services in their area.
We suggest that once the website is complete and to your satisfaction we continue with monthly SEO.
There is no clear-cut path for positive SEO results as what works for one may not work for another. Therefore we will need to apply various SEO techniques to the project and give a little time to see what Google is liking and then we capitalize on those positives.

Your Google Business Profile which is your business directory listing on Google in your local area is currently the #1-way local people will find you when searching for your keywords.
When website SEO is done properly and your business profile is properly managed this gives Google an indication you are an active live business and are looking to be seen by others searching for your services. By using backend management on the profile itself along with NAP off-page management you will gain a big advantage vs your local competition. Your monthly Google reports that are automatically sent to you each month will show growth across all metrics which include:

The website will be owned by you with a username and password chosen by you. We do not create any other login info.
Hosting of the website will be paid by you directly to Duda which is about 170.00/year.
SEO/Google Profile Management:
One time fee that will cover your services for 6 months

After 6 months we will then look at where things have grown and you can choose to renew or cancel SEO services. There are no long-term contracts. We only ask for the first 6 months in order to start things for you so you can see the growth after the 6 months. Our goal is to have you renew and we understand that will only happen if you see growth in the first 6 months.
The total Package Price is 5500.00 which remains in effect until Feb 15th 2023.
